Bangladesh native, Shamir Ali, now 25, was picked up in a workplace raid in Miami last week and now faces deportation. Ali arrived to Florida when he was seven years old and is DREAM Act eligible.
College student Shamir Ali has been released from a Florida detention center after being told he would be deported to Bangladesh.
The decision comes after Nestor Yglesias, spokesman for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Miami told StateImpact Florida [b]Ali was a “fugitive alienâ€NO AMNESTY
Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.

Why let him stay one day longer? Jsut goes to prove , if our king does not get an amnesty through before he leaves office , his last act will be a Presidential pardon for all Illegals.

They had him and they released him. There was no need for him to be prioritized when he was already in custody.
