This is all an act, he knows that our government is trying to pass CAFTA and the FTAA to unite our countries. that is why they are building the highways, it will make travel between the countries a lot easier and of course importing more of their goods while our factories close.

They really need to take care of their own problems at home and keep their noses out of our business. We do not need their uninvited advise.

“But as for Mexicans and Tamaulipecos, we are worried about human rights and the labor of our countrymen.
“We think that the law against immigrants is a bad signal that represents a real challenge for the harmonious integration of both societies, the governor said. “The solution is not with the construction of walls like those are proposed for our common border.
I don't.
“We plan to have highways from the Pacific to Atlantic and from border to border,
“The decision is not unilateral, he added. “We show our support for any initiative that results in an immigration agreement that guaranties the economic development of both nations with dignity and strict enforcement of human rights.
This guy sounds like a Foxie clone--all hot air.http://www.alipac.us Enforce immigration laws!

Governor of Temauls....we don't care what you do to improve your country other than we hope you your Big Mouth to do something to improve your country. But DO NOT COUNT ON THE USA to help you through immigration or failed security.
There will be a fence and more fences and more fences until we are fully fenced with "privacy" fences no popular now on almost every home lot in America. Americans want their privacy back, their security back, their peace of mind back.
You have not managed your people properly. Hopefully you will do a better job in the future. We hope so for the sake of your people, the Mexican People, who like all peoples of all nations deserve the best programs you can arrive at to provide employment and economic development within your borders.
Don't waste your time worrying about our immigration laws. Immigration Law are our business and absolutey NONE OF YOURS.A Nation Without Borders Is Not A Nation - Ronald Reagan
