    Apparently these guys ignored warnings that Mexico is now dangerous. If this was murder and if we cannot stop the flood from south to north, this justifies stoppage of the flood from north to south, for say, about a year, or until Mexico cleans itself up. Even if they catch the perps, Vicente'd just thumb his nose at us again. sheesh.
