Fourteen undocumented immigrants discovered following burglary

CREATED 10:29 AMWILLCOX, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - Fourteen undocumented immigrants were apprehend by authorities after a home burglary on Friday night.
Carol Capas with the Cochise County Sheriff's Office tells KGUN9 that on August 2, deputies were advised of a burglary in progress in the 3600 block of East Compadre Road in Kansas Settlement.
The homeowner told deputies he heard noises downstairs shortly. He grabbed his handgun and went to check, said Capas. The homeowner observed a light coming from the kitchen and saw an unknown man.
The homeowner yelled at the man who turned and ran from the home. The homeowner then looked out of the window and saw another man also running from the home. The homeowner advised he heard noises on the roof of his home.
When deputies arrived, they searched the area without locating anyone. Border Patrol also responded to the area and using night vision equipment were able to observe three subjects at the top of a hill near the home, said Capas.
Deputies and USBP Agents approached the hill when three male subjects attempted to flee the area before being apprehended. Eleven other male subjects were also hiding on top of the hill and were taken into custody.
Deputies learned three of the men went to the home in order to get food and water. The three then returned with some food which was recovered at the scene.
Marcos Enrique Bobadilla Torres, 32, from Toleca, Mexico is being charged with theft, smuggling of humans and burglary.
Victor Verdugo-Chaparro, 31, from Sinaloa, Mexico is being charged with theft, Burglary and two counts of conspiracy.
Miguel Angel Perrez Bernal, 26, from Joquicingo, Mexico is being charged with theft, smuggling of humans and burglary.
All three are being held without bond.
The remaining eleven subjects were turned over to Border Patrol.
