    Yea, FEMA will probable pay him big bucks for sending troops. When they(those that do) return home they will be given their normal small monthly penitence.

    The only way Mexican troops should be allowed on Americam soil is to round up their Mexicans and herd them back to Mexico.

    I wonder how many illegls are going to cross the border and claim they are victims of the Hurricane.
