The unusual thing about the state of Texas is that they actually have a active military. The Texas State Guard, Texas Army National Guard and the Texas Air National Guard. Texas also has a Navy Association.
Just don't mess with Texas.
The Refugees can head to the interior of Mexico, not to the US. They can all go to New Mexico where they seem to like illegal aliens.
