And remember, that is based on the number of IA's the GOVERNMENT CLAIMS as being here. We all know better (since every one of the last 9 shamnesty's was too low by 2 1/2 X's the number claimed) and that there are between 20-35 million IA's sucking this country's taxpayers dry.
