The raid was probably to issue the workers green cards! They don't say anyone was arrested and sent up for deportation? suspicious

Feds conduct immigration raid at Lincoln business

Federal immigration officials served a search warrant and appeared to be confiscating boxes of files, but they made no arrests Thursday at Midwest Demolition in Lincoln.

At least six agents wearing Immigration and Citizenship Enforcement uniforms arrived at the business near the intersection of 19th Street and Cornhusker Highway about 8 a.m.

They referred all questions to Acting U.S. Attorney Joe Stecher in Omaha. Stecher would say little about the situation, beyond citing the search warrant.

Tim Counts, based in Minneapolis as an ICE spokesman for a five-state area that includes Nebraska, alluded to “an ongoing enforcement action.â€

The absence of arrests could reflect new rules on workplace enforcement of immigration law issued last month by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Among the new rules: ICE will target employers who knowingly hire undocumented workers rather than targeting workers in blanket raids.
Basically this article is saying that illegal aliens laborers now have a de facto amnesty. This should not be allowed to stand.
