Thread: Idaho: Minnick, Labrador Clash Over Drug Case

These are the two running for Idaho's Seat in the U.S. Congress. Raul Labrador is an attorney who made a career out of defending illegal aliens in Idaho. This is not the first story about him. He also represented an admitted human smuggler. In this case, Labrador fought in appeals court to keep this criminal from being deported although he was wanted for murder in Mexico. He won't be getting my vote.

A new ad from Democratic U.S. Rep. Walt Minnick alleges that Republican Raul Labrador planned to allow his illegal immigrant client to flee to Mexico to avoid facing a felony charge of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.

State Rep. Labrador called the ad “a wild, slanderous, libelous claim that will help define Minnick’s campaign as the most reprehensible, morally bankrupt, ethically corrupt political campaign in Idaho history.â€
