    VOTE - No Citizenship Required: Arizona Voter Identification

    VOTE - No Citizenship Required

    By Mike Foil
    Thursday, October 28, 2010

    In 2004, Arizona voters passed Proposition 200, the Arizona Voter Identification Laws. What we attempted to accomplish was to help insure that only legal citizens of the U.S. would be voting in our elections. The law required anyone who registered to vote to provide a valid Arizona driver’s license, or an Identification Card, or other form of record with a digitized signature on file with AZ Motor Vehicle Department (MVD).

    It also required that a voter provide ID at the polling place in order to verify that they are who they claim to be. We have all heard the stories of voter fraud, such as people voting under a dead person’s name, etc. This requirement would be satisfied by meeting the following (which has been copied from the AZ Secretary of State website):
    ID AT THE POLLS

    Every qualified elector is required to show proof of identity at the polling place before receiving a ballot. The following lists show acceptable forms of identification at the polling place.

    You may bring:

    1. Any one form of ID from list 1, OR ;
    2. Any two forms of ID from list 2, OR ;
    3. Two forms of ID as presented in list 3.

    or

    The answer is simple: Its all a part of the socialist agenda and to have a good socialist agenda you need to make it easy for those with the hand out to be able to cast votes for those that would hand out our tax payer dollars. So, they make it simple and with a wink make a federal voting law so lax that they know that states can't make laws tougher then the feds super lax law or they will be found to be an illegal law. The feds are gaming the system of checks and balances for the elistist in Washington and Wallstreet. Who knew 200 plus years ago that the gaming had begun when the states signed on to the union program. Just where is United We Stand? It seems to have reversed itself to United we fall and divided we stand. Because as united we gave this entity called the federal government all our state rights and powers and we are only allowed to do what they want us to do. Be good state citizens and pay federal taxes so they can use it any way they like, including against us.

    We have allowed the executive branch to write it's own laws via executive law authority. The executive branch owns all the federal law enforcement agencies who combine equal if not exceed all state and local law enforcement agencies. Then throw in the military also controlled by the exexcutive branch.

    The scary part comes when you have the key people in the house and senate also eating from the same table as the one who controls the executive branch.

    Our democracy has gone in a much different direction then what was envisioned by our writers of our constitution.

    We allowed the federal government to be the one who can have the toughest laws around and gave away our state rights as a result. So, this is what we get as a result. Why does our federal government care more about alleged rights of non-citizens over US Citizen? What is in it for them?

    Because the federal government is the President of the US and the top key people in Congress. All others are just pawns in the game and we average citizens are just the worker bees to ensure they get the money they need to fullfill their agenda.

    What will we do to change this?
    "Where is our democracy if the federal government can break the laws written and enacted by our congress on behalf of the people?"
