Gang follows illegal aliens

The violent MS-13 -- or Mara Salvatrucha -- street gang is following the migratory routes of illegal aliens across the country, FBI officials say, calling the Salvadoran gang the new American mafia.
MS-13, which has a significant presence in the Washington area, and other gangs are spreading into small towns and suburbs by following illegal aliens seeking work in places such as Providence, R.I., and the Carolinas, FBI task force director Robert Clifford said.
"The migrant moves and the gang follows," said Mr. Clifford, director of the agency's MS-13 National Gang Task Force. "If you follow the construction trade, this is where a lot of these immigrants go."

Immigrants in search of construction and meat-packing jobs often provide housing for younger relatives who may be involved in a gang, Mr. Clifford said.
"That's why you find them in places like North Carolina," he said.
The FBI is operating a national anti-gang campaign out of its new National Gang Intelligence Center. The federal government last summer appropriated $10 million to set up the center at FBI headquarters.
Mr. Clifford's position was created when the Gang Intelligence Center opened in December, and MS-13 is No. 1 on the FBI's hit list.
"One of the first [gangs] to be targeted is MS-13, a violent gang that originated in Los Angeles and has spread across the country," FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III told the House Appropriations Committee during a March 8 hearing.
Four MS-13 members are on trial in U.S. District Court in Alexandria on charges of killing a pregnant 17-year-old. The gang's leader is accused of ordering the slaying from his jail cell because he suspected the girl of informing the police.
Three MS-13 gang members pleaded guilty to attacking a teenager in Alexandria with a machete last May. The teenager lost four fingers. Authorities are investigating a similar machete attack on a Fairfax man in January.
MS-13 members use nicknames and code languages in much the same way as organized crime figures did, officials say.
"We have to approach them not as individuals but as an infrastructure, just like we did the Mafia ... utilizing an organized crime strategy," Mr. Clifford said.
But the FBI is still determining whether a national leadership and hierarchy exist.
"We are seeing efforts to try and organize the cliques," he said. "We're trying to figure out if there is an infrastructure. We see all the hallmarks of a nascent infrastructure."
Mr. Clifford said when the FBI sees MS-13 members from Los Angeles traveling to other parts of the country to discipline other gang members, it raises the question, "Who is calling the shots?"
In 2002, The Washington Times obtained a Metropolitan Police Department internal memo that stated that 20 MS-13 members from Los Angeles traveled to Northern Virginia because they were "upset with the local MS-13 gang because a Fairfax County police officer has not been killed."
"We're trying to decide whether this is something that has a higher structure or whether it's just a network," said Chris Swecker, assistant director for the FBI's Criminal Investigative Division.
Mr. Swecker last month testified before nearly 40 mayors and police chiefs from across the country at a U.S. Conference of Mayors gang summit in the District.
During the summit, Chicago Police Superintendent Philip J. Cline said street gangs like MS-13 are far more violent than the Mafia ever was. He said the Mafia killed 1,111 persons from 1919 to 2004, but street gangs killed 1,276 persons from 2000 to last year.
Mr. Clifford said MS-13 has no ties to al Qaeda but does have an arrangement with the Mexican mafia. Gang members receive protection in prisons from the Mexican mafia and in return pay dues to the mafia, he said.
The FBI and other federal and local law-enforcement agencies are beginning to work closely with law enforcement in El Salvador and Honduras.
Central American officers will travel throughout the United States this summer to educate police in areas with gang problems. The U.S. Department of Prisons is working with prisons in Central America to improve their intelligence collection, Mr. Clifford said.

I was quite offended by your comments on the
Friday 6 May 2005 broadcast of the CNN network's
Lou
Dobbs Tonight program. I am especially offended,
no
make that pissed off, by your having a petition
on
your web site trying to get him fired. That will
not
happen.
First off, Lou Dobbs tells the "American" people
the
truth about illegal immigration. It is you blue
latinos, whatever the hell that is, that lie to
us.
These vermin are polluting our land as they cross
over
the border of our sovereign nation. Thousands of
pounds of refuge are left every month by these
leeches
breaking and entering into my nation. Some more
facts:

1. 30%, 1/3, of the prisoners in the federal
penitentiary are ILLEGAL ALIENS. That makes them
criminals TWICE. It is illegal to enter this
nation
without authorization in the first place and then
they
commit crimes like murder, rape, etc., you know
harmless shit. As if this were not enough, the
county
jails all over the southwest are spending
millions of
dollars housing ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS at the expense
of
their hard working, American taxpayers and are
not
being reimbursed by Presidunce Bush-Fox or the
wimps
in Washington, D.C. The state penitentiaries are
running at about 40% of inmates that are ILLEGAL
IMMIGRANTS

2. Parkland Hospital, in Dallas, Texas delivers
more
babies than any other hospital in this nation.
PERIOD!!! Over 60%, 2/3, of the babies delivered
at
Parkland are born to ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. These so
called "anchor babies" are draining the counties
ability to give health care to the citizens of
Dallas
County because so many of their resources are
being
spent on caring for people that will never pay a
single dime for these deliveries and don't belong
here
in the first damn place. This same scenario is
being
played out in hospitals across the nation. The
only
hospital in Bisbee, Arizona has to close because
of
ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS taking healthcare without
paying a
single penny for it.

3. ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS like MS-13 gang members are
killing our citizens here in Texas, North
Carolina,
and all over the eastern seaboard. This
particular
group of thugs are from El Salvador. BLUE
LATINOS. The
problem is so bad that the U.S. Justice
department has
formed a task force to hunt down and hopefully
kill
these miscreants, much as it has had to do with
the
Mafia. MS-13 has also made threats against the
U.S.
Border Patrol.

4. There is a rising rate of TB in the U.S. in
the
border states of California, Arizona, New Mexico,
and
Texas because ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS are entering
this
nation without proper immunizations and are
spreading
this disease.
5. Over 42% of African AMERICANS are in direct
competition with ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS for jobs in
this
nation. You can thank God that the Congressional
Black
Caucus is only a social club with no real power
or
political agenda for this. We built this nation,
literally, clearing the trees and a black man
laid out
the plans for our nations capitol. Not Mexicans,
El
Salvadorians or any other BLUE LATINOS. Black
slaves
and their descendants did.
6. Our school districts are going broke because
there
are too many ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS entering the
schools.
The Cedar Hill ISD, where I live, had planned for
the
districts growth based on AMERICAN children and
built
schools to accommodate them. However, the flood
of
"anchor babies" born to ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS has
outstripped our budget and my property taxes have
gone
up 37% and we are having to build more schools
because
Mexicans in this state as a whole and in Cedar
Hill
and Dallas County in particular are overwhelming
our
schools. I see this Mexican woman every morning
walking her 4 children to Highlands Elementary in
Cedar Hill. Those are 4 children that DO NOT
BELONG in
Cedar Hill schools. To add insult to injury, she
is
now about 7 months PREGNANT with yet another
child
that will drain our budget. That child will be
born at
Parkland which will absorb the cost and pass it
on to
me and all but one person this is being sent to
that
lives in North Carolina. The child will go to
Cedar
Hill schools which will absorb the cost and pass
it on
to ME!!! Another ESL- English as a Second
Language
teacher will have to be brought in to teach this
child
how to speak English, which they don't want to
speak.
Then this child will more than likely be in a
Mexican
gang and have to be feed and housed in the Texas
Department of Corrections for years. The cost is
astronomical.

7. We are not anti-Mexican, as you asserted. We
are
anti-ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.However, I am personally
beginning to become anti-Mexican. When I call an
AMERICAN company and have to "push 1 for
English", it
irritates me to no end. When the ILLEGAL MEXICAN
IMMIGRANT ran into my daughter back in February
and
hurt her it began. When he got out of his car and
said
he "speakee no english" it got worse. When the
total
bill of the damage to her came in at over
$3,700.00, I
became anti-Mexican. Mexicans, at least in Texas,
don't carry insurance on their low riders or
SUV's.
8. I can not go to Minyards grocery store in
Cedar
Hill, Texas, on a Friday afternoon to cash a
personal
check. Why? Because every ILLEGAL MEXICAN
IMMIGRANT in
the area is there using Western Union to send
money to
Mexico. The line is just too long. So I go Friday
mornings. The amount of money being sent to
Mexico by
these ILLEGAL MEXICAN IMMIGRANTS is about to
surpass
the amount of money that they oil fields in
Mexico
produce. Mexico has one of the largest oil
reserves in
the WORLD and yet money sucked out of the U.S.
economy
is the number one or two source of revenue in
Mexico?
What is wrong with this picture?

I could go on for days. Long story short. Don't
get on
AMERICAN television and tell your lies. Telemundo
is
available to you for your propaganda. Stop the
campaign to get a great AMERICAN, Mr. Lou Dobbs,
fired
from an AMERICAN television network for telling
the
unvarnished truth about ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. We
will be
going to your web site, bluelatinos.org, and
sending
just the opposite message to CNN using YOUR WEB
SITE!!! Now, get the hell out of MY NATION!!!!
