Wish everyone could join...so many are so fed up with the two party system that isn't working...

Welcome to the FIRST party, RR. I think the Dems and Reps BOTH are going to take a whippin' this fall. With over 30% of voters saying they're independent, all we need to do is get the word out that there is a party that wants to get back to the roots of our Republic. Remember Perot in '92? I'm hoping we can do even better in '08.
As much warning as we were given about political parties by the men who founded this country, I truly believe the Constitution Party would be the party of Washington, Madison, Franklin and the rest.
Here's to making a difference!

OK folks, I've read the summary of HR 4437 here...
http://www.aila.org/content/default.aspx?docid=18258
and I don't find anywhere a provision to exempt a company from punishment for their 'good faith' effort. The bill requires employers to use the Basic Pilot program to verify employment status. By my reading, only 3 things can happen at that point.
1. The applicant meets the requirements and gets hired.
2. The applicant does NOT meet requirements and is NOT hired.
3. The Basic Pilot program is NOT SURE, in which case the applicant is NOT hired And the BP program has 10 days to make a FINAL determination.
If any of you guys can find something different, let me know.
