The Good, The Bad & the Ugly

As Coloradans recall the "official" police department photo of Officer Donald Young, brutally murdered by illegal alien Raul Garcia-Gomez, its time for Coloradans to stand together to achieve justice. Read on about The Good, The Bad and the Ugly in the City of Denver.

You have heard about the Denver Police officer who was assassinated in cold blood by an illegal alien employed at Mayor Hickenlooper's restaurant. We express our deep sadness over tragedy, which has been extensively covered on talk radio, in the newspapers and on national news network.

If illegal alien murderer Garcia-Gomez has reached Mexico, he will be free in Mexico, confident that Presidente Vicente Fox will refuse his extradition. Only intense pressure from the US government will change that. Haven't enough American law enforcement officers been killed by illegal Mexican aliens whose government offers them haven with no action whatever by the President? To what foreign country will President George Bush take a "jaunt" to escape citizens' outrage?

What better time for Coloradans to join Denver Police Officers in demanding that President Bush, Governor Owens and Mayor Hickenlooper do their duty in enforcing immigration laws? Colorado must lead the movement in preventing our state and our country from becoming a nation of bereaved at the hands of illegal alien murderers. Sadly, Officer Young is only one of thousands murdered by illegal aliens.

Colorado Representative Dave Schultheis began on Tuesday, February 22, 2005, by introducing HB-1271 to prohibit publicly-funded government services to illegal aliens. Patriotic Coloradans who testified and urged the Veteran and Military Affairs Committee to approve the bill were shocked that at the Democrats' vote. When Representatives Paul Weissman, Fran Coleman, Ann Ragsdale, Terrance Carroll, Rafael Gallegos, Nancy Todd voted to defeat HB 1271, they endorsed the continued invasion of Colorado by illegal aliens and allowing illegal aliens free access to continue collecting benefits from Colorado's social welfare programs.

That those 6 liberal Democratic members voted against the Rule of Law, violating their oath to uphold both the Constitutions of Colorado and the US was an absolute disgrace. On the other hand, illegal alien lobby advocates of Catholic Charities, ACLU, and publicly-funded Denver Health Clinic were thrilled at the 6 Representatives' ingratiating treatment, voting to defeat HB 1271.

Representative Schultheis' efforts were again defeated last month by the same 6-pack of sorry traitors. The only action acceptable to Rep. Fran Coleman was to repeatedly parrot "we need to go after employers" who hire illegal aliens. Now that Mayor Hickenlooper has been publicly identified as one of the "employers who hire illegal aliens," I predict that hypocrite Coleman will suddenly adopt total silence on "going after the employers" now that Mayor Hickenlooper has been publicly identified as one.

What action will be taken against Denver's Mayor Hickenlooper (restaurant owner extradoniare) who employed illegal-alien murder Raul Garcia-Gomez based on a work visa that police bluntly commented was obviously false?

The Mayor now claims that he's remained unaware during his two years in office that his city is a "sanctuary," and likely will contact former Mayor Webb to learn of Executive Order 116.

Even more appalling, City Attorney Cole Finegan (the mayor's damage control czar), now denies Denver's "sanctuary" status. Although every Coloradan smells a rat in Finegan's denial, we can be glad that the "don't ask, don't tell" policy Finegan claims doesn't exist will finally be eliminated.

Citizens demanding the immediate removal of Denver's "sanctuary" status expect support from local media leaders. They know better than to expect either Denver newspaper to help, but both radio talk show hosts Peter Boyles and Michael Corbin have stepped up to the plate. That the co-hosts of the Caplis and Silverman Show insist on refusing to call for elimination of Denver's "sanctuary" policy is ludicrous. Mind you, they don't deny that it exists (as do Hickenlooper and Finegan), they simply insist that it didn't contribute to the problem. Clearly, these two are totally clueless on the issue of illegal immigration.

If fact, judging by their callers, their ignorance is clearly evident. While Caplis is the lesser of two evils and his "very fine people" rhetoric regarding illegal aliens is wearing thin with most listeners, his buddy Craig has a real agenda. That agenda is to get Congressman Tancredo as he touts his daily dose of venom at Colorado's beloved Congressman. Silverman obviously shares the sheets with the open borders lobby and also evidenced by his endorsement of his good buddy, Mike Littwin's article where Littwin trashes Tancredo in a piece in the Rocky Mountain News. The endless badgering is being heard nation-wide by talk show hosts Caplis and Silverman and journalist Mike Littwin where they present daily "spin" that being murdered by an illegal alien is no big deal. As Caplis says "they're very fine people".

The Mothers' Day 2005 violent and brutal murder of Officer Don Young will long be remembered by Coloradans, leaving citizens of an entire state in extreme grief and sadness.

The overwhelming grief and horrible circumstances of Officer Young's death present a tremendous challenge to his family in overcoming their loss.

Denver's corruption undeniably contributed to Officer Young's death. The mayor owns restaurants offering employment to illegal aliens. Despite the "blind trust" operations by others, Mayor Hickenlooper still reaps the monetary profits. The Mayor and his business partners have been notified that illegal aliens with false documents are employed in his restaurants.

Murderer Raul Garcia-Gomez was one of these illegal aliens employed at the Mayor's Cherry Cricket restaurant. The Denver Police had this murderer in custody on three separate occasions. Denver PD knew he was an illegal alien, but the city's "sanctuary" policy prohibited handing Garcia-Gomez to immigration officers for deportation.

Because of Denver's "sanctuary" to illegal aliens, Officer Donald Young is dead, his wife is widowed and his children will grow up without their father.

Where is the citizen outrage? To quote talk show host Terry Anderson, if you ain't mad, you ain't paying attention!

Coloradans can be thankful that former Governor Dick Lamm and Congressman Tom Tancredo still stand firmly in opposition to the massive illegal alien invasion. Their voices reflect citizens nationwide who want America's sovereignty and remove the rampant lawlessness engendered by politically-correct refusal to enforce civil laws.

Thanks Darlene. I am watching this story really, really carefully because this could be a huge turning point. These political hacks have been lining their pockets with slave labor and now yet another police officer has been killed so they can have a $5 per hour dishwasher. Blind Trust my Azz. You Colorado people should be in the streets demanding an explanation!~

I'll be watching this one very closely too. Everyday single day, hundreds of American citizens become victims of crime committed by an illegal alien. Now a police officer is killed by the hands of an illegal alien.
Maybe now, laws will be followed, and new laws will be made, to keep illegals out of the country. [/b]

Laws enforced? New laws enacted due to the death of a police officer? I don't think so. They'll merely mouth a few good words...a promise here and there...and in two weeks we're back to business as usual. No changes will occur.

Nothing so far has seemed to make a dent in their collective insanity...horrible murders, gang rapes, human smugglers, forced prostitution, 1,000's of pounds of drugs crossing our borders....their constituents sending up smoke signals...MMP on the border...NOTHING whatsoever has made a difference.

It isn't that I'm cynical. It's just that history repeats itself....and this history has made a dozen or more cycles.

    illegal crime

RR - I agree that laws aren't being enforced. But, BECAUSE a POLICE OFFICER was killed by an illegal alien, now the media and everybody else is paying alot of attention. I wouldn't be surprised, and wouldn't blame them either, if the family sued the hell out of everybody involved, by downplaying laws designed to deport illegals. Not when you catch them because they commit another crime, but profile the son-of-a-guns and deport them. I hope this family makes an example of Colorado's 'catch & release' and 'look the other way' policies. Maybe now illegals will be enchouraged to GO HOME!

BB...I hope the family raises the biggest ruckus that state has EVER seen...anyone who suffers harm b/c of an illegal alien should sue the very britches off the government of that state and this nation.

Hope it happens. Hope it happens...wish it would happen...fingers x'd...
