Yes, I agree with that position, but damn it, no woman should be discriminated against because our treasonous government won't enforce the law and make the few changes we need to stop this madness.

How is a woman being discriminated on? What *Right* is being denied? A Priviledge is being denied yes.... but a priviledge is not a right. No one has a right to enter a country that is not their own. Thus I don't see how a woman that is pregnant being denied a tourist visa or any visa other then immigrant visa is being discriminated on. She can still try for a visa when she isn't pregnant and she could have tried before getting pregnant just as she could try after as well.
Now I have traveled to many countries and just about every country I have been to besides the US is very strict on foreigners be them tourist or any sort of visa holders. There are a lot of rules and you must follow them or be kicked out and blacklisted very easily. The US has the most lax rules for foreigners who enter the US of any other country I have seen... the only difficulty is getting a visa to do so legally. But once your in your golden. Its time for much stronger rules again and stricter watchdogs as well.
I have no problem with making it tough to enter the US. I'm the one who wants all illegal aliens removed from the country and at least a 10 Year Moratorium on Immigration. But inquiring into the pregnancy status of a woman and requiring a "health certificate" to prove she isn't pregnant at the time she visits the doctor for a visa application doesn't solve any problem, she could get pregnant after she fills out her visa application but before she travels, she could get pregnant here once she arrives, so it doesn't solve the problem, it just discriminates against her. It's discrimination because there is no law requiring a "health certificate" from female illegal aliens or making it illegal for a pregnant illegal alien to enter the country. It's discrimination because the big uproar over pregnant tourists arose against the Chinese when pregnant Latinos/Hispanics have been pouring over the borders for decades.
The primary issue is granting US citizenship to their children who are born here, and that is a problem regardless of pregnancy status when they arrive, regardless of what race or nationality they may be, and regardless of legal or illegal status. That is also not something they do, they do not grant their children US citizenship or order Medicaid to pay their hospital bill, the US government does that. That is what is wrong here, not pregnant women wanting to visit the US on tourist visas.
Just pass a simple law that states no child born to anyone other than a US citizen or legal permanent resident shall be granted US citizenship upon birth. It's one sentence. What is so hard about that?
The women might not even be who they claim to be:
