That too! It pisses me off these women are awarded money in the child's name, yet it's enough to support the entire family. I don't know what the solution is anymore... this has gone on so long I don't know IF there's a solution. Even if you deport now the kids can and WILL come back.

The solution is pretty simple. You just authorize state and local law enforcement to enforce US immigration law and promise the federal government won't sue them for doing so. You get all the illegals with their minor children out of here, regardless of where they were born, and some may come back when they're older, but they'll have a lot of hoops to go through by then. If we would get serious about deportations and enlisting the support of state and local law enforcement, this problem will be over. The RAISE ACT as well as the Oliver-Davis Act do that. The RAISE ACT also reduces legal immigration and does some other things as well, so I like it more because of that.

The second solution is ending anchor baby citizenship by passing Steve King's HR 140 bill. But you'll need 60 votes in the Senate, so it's important that we pick up more Republican Senators in 2018 and not lose any. It's possible you could pass it in a reconciliation, but we have enough Wack-O-Doodles in the Senate, that we'd probably lose that vote by 2 or 3, McCain, Rubio and Flake, to name 3. Trump could do it with an Executive Order of course, and then fight it in the courts. I think we'd win on that at the US Supreme Court.
