    Ray Tranchant, a professor who lives in Virginia Beach, Va., testified on Capitol Hill on Thursday about his daughter's death after the car she was riding in was hit by an illegal alien who was driving drunk. (Photo by Penny Starr/CNSNews.com)(CNSNews.com) – In emotional testimony before a House joint panel this week, a Virginia man recalled the death of his teenage daughter in 2007 – a death caused by an illegal immigrant who was driving drunk and who had been arrested twice before the crime, but was not deported.

    “Two years ago this week, my 16-year-old daughter, Tessa, and her best friend Allison were killed as they were sitting at in intersection waiting for a red light to change,â€

    Maybe Gutierrez and the rest of Congress should be known as "The Banditos"? Makes sense considering they are going out of thier way to Rob The American People of thier MONEY and thier CHILDREN!

    If it were Gutierrez's daughter who was killed by the illegal I bet he would be singing a different tune.

    What really strikes me though is that these Hispanic lawmakers seem more concerned with protecting their own kind which is racist in itself rather than protecting the laws of America and it's Constitution for which they were elected.

    wasnt the banditos a gang out in california at one time anyways?

    an american citizen can call these people whatever the hell they want to call them. and for a sitting american congressman to slam that american, well, that is just a bunch of BS
