The Butler County Sheriff's Department continues to target illegal immigrats.

Tuesday, A judge found Jose Yanez guilt on several forgery charges. Police arrested Yanez because he had two fake green cards and a fake social security card in his possession after sheriff's got a tip that a business in Trenton was hiring illegal aliens.

Yanez will be sentenced April 10th. He faces a year in prison, a $2,500 fine and deportation......

How do they know WHO this person really is, since he has several forms of ID? And isn't this what Kennedy wants to do? FORGIVE illegal aliens for using phoney ID's and SS #'s.
