2 Week Reprieve in Amnesty Disaster – Mobilize!! - Act!! – Preserve Your Future

After an amazing show of resistance to the willingness of some Senators to sell out America’s sovereignty, under pressure from illegally demonstrating racist rabble, a few patriots in the US Senate have given citizen voters a reprieve in the leadership’s intent to bring down our economy and society. The Senate is adjourning for two weeks at stalemate on amnesty/guest worker “path to citizenship” bills. This unexpected postponement gives patriot citizens an extended opportunity to make their revulsion to amnesty – in any guise, known.

Organized mass demonstrations sporting flags of foreign nations, carried by illegal immigrant criminals, advocating defiance of American law, finally got the attention of “Joe Blow”, silent majority, uninvolved America.

WE ARE LIVID – STEAMING, Seething, and Boiling HOT with OUTRAGE!!!

If your Senators are among the capitulators, and have the guts to return home and show their faces, FACE them DOWN!! Get INSISTANT!! Get PUSHY!!

Get NASTY if you must but get the point across that we won’t stand for their selling out the promise of American citizenship by cheapening it with amnesty or any other plan that grants citizenship in any process other than traditional naturalization!! Storm their local offices – ring their phones and faxes into the midnight hours, hold candle light vigils in front of their home and/or business. Dog their steps with demonstrations of protest at every public appearance. Let the press know your disgust.

Make them realize that they are on a VERY SHORT leash of passing an “enforcement only” counterpart to H.B. 4437.

Two weeks isn't much time but Congress is in recess and your representatives are back in their home territory. We must ALL take every opportunity to make the point that Americans WILL NOT TOLERATE the Give-A-Way of Citizenship being offered in the U.S. Senate bills under consideration.

Much as we would all like to think that so expressing our will – as Citizen voters, whom they are elected to represent, would influence sanity, it’s not likely to happen unless we can put some teeth in it. (see concluding strategy)

The racist “open borders” pressure on congress will continue but already today in Dallas, TX we see them attempting to mask their radical “nations other than America” agenda by discarding the flags of their south of the border homelands as seen last week. For my part, I’m more discussed seeing them wave MY FLAG!

Be not fooled, the National Council de La Raza (translated, "The Race" for those of you who don’t speak Spanish yet) together with the radical racist group Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan) continue to intimidate the Senate for virtual open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens. Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan) is one of the most anti-American groups in the country whose political creed is: "Chicano is our identity; it defines who we are as people. It rejects the notion that we...should assimilate into the Anglo-American melting pot…” (Statement on University of Oregon MEChA Website, Jan. 3, 2006). The plan for these organizations is what is referred to as the "Reconquista" of the Western U.S. Territorial occupation and secession won’t be the end. The stated goal for La Raza and MEChA includes the ethnic cleansing of Americans of European, African, and Asian descent (that’s you and me – Joe Blow American’s) out of "Aztlan." (Miguel Perez of Cal State-Northridge's MEChA chapter). Their anti-American objective has garnered support from all the languishing “pinko” fellow traveler organizations that have been homeless since the collapse of the cold war. Together, they can make a lot of noise; none of which makes sense for the Republic.

The only thing that does make sense is enforcing the rule of law and securing the nations borders against all unwelcome invaders. Until that is demonstrated as a “done deal” there should be no consideration of amnesties or guest worker plans with a path to citizenship. Once the borders are secure, then, and only then, an orderly inventorying of un-naturalized aliens in this country should be undertaken. There is no responsible way to adopt policies lacking a full understanding of the problem you're trying to correct.

Anyone who watched the Senate subcommittee mark-up debate of the Specter or McKennedy bills knows that they were flying by the seat of their pants, essentially blind to most data necessary to result in responsible legislation. Another glaring and critical void impeding success of any pending legislation is the absence of any enforcement mechanism. We simply lack the capacity to identify, verify and process the resulting paperwork for 11+ million undocumented people in this country. The creation, marshaling and training of an appropriate bureau could overcome this void while we simultaneously develop infrastructure and augment the border patrol to the point of halting unwanted intrusion – terrorist or “migrant”.

There is no reason that the southern border could not be effectively closed immediately. The only thing lacking is the executive order of President Bush.

So what we do about the president’s refusal to perform his Constitutional duty? When the consequences are as drastic as those we face with the continuing invasion, there is only one answer. You force the president to act and if he won't, you throw him out of office.

Last week a Democratic senator messed around trying to garner support for impeachment proceedings over the arguable misuse of wiretapping authority. That may or may not be a justifiable reason for impeachment but it completely fails when compared to the presidents allowing and even facilitating the invasion of our country.

Now THERE IS a reason to impeach any president, of any party, in any time or political context.

President Bush has made such a botch of his office that Republicans across the board are at great risk in the upcoming elections. Here's an opportunity for all Congressmen, of any affiliation, to define themselves for the electorate as patriots; to get beyond the quagmire of failure and establish themselves in the history books as having had the fortitude to take action necessary to preserve the Republic.

    Desperate times Demand Drastic Actions!

An excellent starting point, leading to drastic action, would be for the 91 member Immigration Enforcement Caucus, headed by representative, Tom Tancredo of Colorado, to return to the capital after the Easter break and bring to the floor of the House of Representatives a motion for censure of the president; if he doesn’t do his duty, harsher measures should follow. It wouldn't hurt at all if the motion contained elements of warning to United States senators that bills originating in their chamber, which aid and abet the invasion, could easily be construed as treasonous and punished as such by Impeachment.

This very task is the Constitutional function of the House of Representatives.

(Article 1, Sec. 2 § para. 6) – “The House of Representatives shall……..have the sole Power of Impeachment.”

“We The People” have pretty much been ignored by leaders in the United States Senate on this issue. Here is a chance to influence your member of the House of Representatives to further action that would effectively preempt the Senate and the President.

    DO IT!!

The cause is just, the time is ripe and the consequence of failure is catastrophic!!
