Homeland Security chief: We will enforce immigration laws

Addressing hundreds of the nation's sheriffs in Fort Lauderdale, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Tuesday that her department would work to secure the nation's border and enforce the existing immigration laws.

``We will enforce the nation's immigration laws. We are going to do it in a smart and effective way,`` Napolitano said.

As the keynote speaker at the National Sheriffs' Association annual conference on Tuesday, Napolitano discussed immigration and other issues facing law enforcement.

Napolitano said she would take legal action against employers who make money fromthe labor of illegal immigrants.

A major theme in Napolitano's short address was communication between the department and local and state law enforcement.

''We are very focused on how we can knit one DHS together,'' she said.

Napolitano said she wanted to give sheriff's departments access to immigration databases so illegal migrants in prison can be identified quickly and sent back to their home countries.

Combatting terrorism and preparing for natural disasters are other department goals, she said.

``Every person in our community has a role to play where a disaster is concerned. Help us to communicate that message,`` Napolitano told the law enforcement officers.

Corruption rules at the very core of this nation and America is tired of the Mob Running the Federal Government

Napolitano is more suited to work behind a counter at Macy's much less the Department of Homeland security

as a matter of fact ~ the Illegal Aliens could do a better job than this NUT CASE

Until I read about raids on businesses or other IA arrest by DHS Napolitano is just blowing smoke to cover her pro-IA agenda.

Oh really Janet? WHEN?

Now look, I'm all for identifying criminals in our prisons if they are here illegally, but that's not going to do anything to prevent the crimes they commit. We have to stop them before they commit these crimes and get them out of the country. But dear Janet wants to go after the employer.

Hey, Janet!! Stupid!! You have to be able to deport the workers, honey, before they end up in our prison system like hundreds of thousands of others.

Bullsh!t if I ever heard it!!!!!! She and Obama killed e-verify, she and Obama eliminated SCAAP, she and Obama halted all ICE raids, rewarding illegal aliens who use stolen identities (a felony, Janet) with work permits and I can go on and on. Those two frauds masquerading as Oval office Occupant and Homeland Insecurity Chief care no more about the the rule of law and our sovereignty then they do about already suffering and struggling Americans reeling from the impact of unchecked illegal immigration and it's effect on our health care, job market, land, food, water, energy and other LIMITED resources. They like most of congress are bought and owned by open borders and cheap labor proponents as the Trilateral Commission, CFR, Bilderbergs, the UN, George Soros, unions, big labor, the Chamber of Commerce, Mexican government, the drug cartels, the mob and god only knows who else. I wouldn't trust just about all of those absolutely useless wastes of space, oxygen and taxpayer dollars that infest Capital Hell, Homeland Insecurity, InJustice, and the Oval Office which itself now is the northern Mexican Presidential Palace. Shame on everyone of those g-d damn unreasonable facsimiles of human beings who have sold out Americans for cheap labor for their above masters, but for them to personally feel any shame would require a conscience which none of those bast*rds have.
