I think Gutierrez introduced this bill right before Christmas so the IA's would not give up and go home and Christmas would have been a good time for their departure.

This Obama immigration trick package is part of his insane pipeline of massive high-cost programs to permanently sink this country.
Guiterrez is completely loco if he thinks this junk will pass. So are the 90 other Congresspeople who signed onto this crap bill.
