KHOU.com staff report
HOUSTON – A police chase ended with a surprise arrest when they found a number of illegal immigrants hiding in the back of a truck.
The incident occurred Friday around 10:30 p.m. when police noticed a stolen Ford F250 travelling on the Southwest Freeway. HPD signaled for the driver to pull over, but instead of stopping, the truck picked up speed and took off.
A number of police cruisers chased the stolen Ford F250 down Southwest Freeway. The chase continued until Highway 59 at South Main. As the truck approached the 288 interchange, the driver veered off the road and drove down the grass embankment in an attempt to get away.
He ended up crashing into an apartment fence.
The driver, front seat passenger and a few other passengers jumped out and ran. A couple officers chased after these men. But as the remaining officers approached the truck, they discovered several more people in the back seat.
They also noticed movement in the back bed where a mattress was laying flat. They lifted the mattress and found several more people under the mattress.
There were a total of 13 people in the truck. Apparently, the driver and front seat passenger were transporting illegal immigrants.
Police also found cocaine on the driver.

They left out part of the story...Did they catch the ones that got away? or is this just more illegals who will now benefit from the status Quo amnesty we seem to have going on in this country.

I'm getting confused, which one is it?:
They come only to work
They do the work that Americans won't do
Family values don't stop at the Rio Grand
No human being is illegal
We didn't cross the border, the border crossed us
We don't need no stinkin' papers...............Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I am just waiting to see one of these illegals sue the US for the horrendous scare they got from the police chase, which caused the crash.
In this day and age I would not put anything past any of these folks.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Coked up illegal alien driving a stolen truck overloaded with 12 more illegal invaders.Placing how many Americans at risk? Instead of a fence
this could have been a family or a school bus. Houston is a wide open city ,illegals live, work in the light of day not the shadows. So why did the hide in the bed of a truck? Its against the law to have a dog uncaged in the back of an open P/U in Houston, but not adults.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
