Illegal aliens scamming taxpayers, receiving millions in unemployment benefits

On September 14, four men were indicted by a federal grand jury in Las Vegas for recruiting illegal aliens to apply for unemployment benefits and laundering the money they received over a two-year period.

Francisco Garcia, 40, Eloy Garcia, 32, Efrain Garcia, 40, and Nabor Garcia, 32, were all charged with one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and 21 counts of mail fraud. Francisco Garcia is also charged with four counts of money laundering and six counts of false representation of a Social Security Number; Eloy Garcia is charged with one count of money laundering and making a false declaration in and in relation to a bankruptcy proceeding; and Nabor Garcia is charged with a single count of money laundering.

Last week, Francisco and Nabor Garcia were taken into custody, while the other two remain at large.

According to the Nevada U.S. Attorney’s Office, the four defendants recruited illegal aliens with the promise to assist them in obtaining unemployment benefits in exchange for a share of the money.

A press release from U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden’s office states:

“When the unemployment claims were accepted, the State provided the benefits through debit cards or checks mailed to addresses that the defendants controlled. The defendants allegedly told the claimants that their unemployment claims were not accepted, when in fact they had been. In some cases, the defendants allegedly provided the claimants with a portion of the benefits, and told the claimants that their claims had stopped paying, when in fact the State had continued to pay the claims.

As a result of the conspiracy, the defendants are alleged to have fraudulently obtained over $2.3 million in unemployment benefits through the State of Nevada.

For gods sake, this whole thing.
I been busting my butt, working instead of collecting unemployment which
with health insurance, food stamps and unemployment Benny's I would be two fold in my economics when it comes down to it.
I have a guy telling me white guys wont pick fruit or veggies and I am starting to believe him. Some of the jobs pay around 15.00 per hour but
illegals are the ones putting in the hours.
Americans are too freaking lazy.
We can bust down every door in Washington and get the border closed and
immigration laws on the books enforced, but the reality is until Americans
are ready to sacrifice their manicured fingernails and sculptured hair we are not going to win this.
There is no vo-tech in schools and and anything the is considered what we call blue collar is looked at as "YOU NEED TO FIND AN ILLEGAL ALIEN TO DO THAT"......FACT!
I am sick and tired of fighting like hell for a generation that{no fault of their own) has no idea there is something beyond tapping keys or pushing a pen.
Getting some sucker to sign on the dotted line so they can profit off the money that nobody has.
Until Americans grow a set, In my opinion. THE OTHER SIDE HAS AN ADVANTAGE.
PROVE ME WRONG!
I will continue to do the jobs "Americans won' do" at 52 years of age and be on a pay roll that is what "AMERICA" considers POVERTY until the day I can no longer get out of bed at sunrise, or earlier. What ever it takes.
I only would hope that other Americans would do the same. Until then, this country and our objective is doomed. In my Humble Opinion.
You can not argue with stupid and you can not fix lazy/ignorant.
Only rock bottom will change a person. Getting close now.

Im 72& My wife is 72 & work our ass off I will pick Fruit what 15Hr they don't get no 15.00 Hr how many basket do you have in one hr how much is he get on this did ?
