Hundreds Of Illegal Immigrant Felons Released In U.S.

A Homeland Security program created to deport incarcerated illegal immigrants convicted of serious crimes has failed to identify hundreds of dangerous felons—including child molesters and drug dealers—who instead have been released in the U.S. upon completing their sentence.

It marks the latest of many failures on the part of the massive federal agency charged with keeping America safe. The idea behind the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Criminal Alien program is to remove violent illegal aliens before they are released from federal and state prisons nationwide. Thousands have been deported, but more than 800 were released into the general population in one year.

Just another example of why we need to pass HR 100 which unleashes 800,000 state and local law enforcement officers to do the job the feds can't or won't do to stop illegal immigration and deport illegal aliens.

Ditto Judy! It's local law enforcement who makes initial contact with illegal invaders during their course of daily police work. It only makes sense that local police officers be required to ascertain the immigration status of those they come into contact if probable cause should arise, leading the officer to believe such line of questioning is warranted.

Of course the illegal invader proponents do not want local police to have such power because they know it would work! The federal government is not going to run into an illegal invader, it's the local cop who will make contact! But we all we get from the proponents is how "racist and discriminatory" it would be for any cop to dare inquire into the immigration status of anyone, especially those who are hispanic!

A complete nightmare, illegal aliens.

Over 800 hard core illegal alien felons released right back on to American streets to rape, molest, steal, assault, and kill innocent Americans.
