    Dorviro Rocha-Ribeiro, 47, a citizen and national of Brazil who was the subject of an Interpol Red Notice for murder, was removed from the United States by officers with ICE's ERO to Brazil via Boston Logan International Airport and Miami International Airport on July 10.

    Department of Justice announces regulatory steps to address opioid epidemic


    JUL 11 (WASHINGTON)


    The Department of Justice today announced the finalization of an April proposal to improve the Drug Enforcement Administration's ability to control the diversion of dangerous drugs in the midst of the national opioid crisis. Announced in April by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, the final rule sent for publication today in the Federal Register establishes that DEA will take into consideration the extent that a drug is diverted for abuse when it sets its annual opioid production limits.

    July 10, 2018 – Today, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in NH was able to safely arrest two fugitives that were featured as “Fugitives of the Week.” Early Tuesday morning, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force was able to locate and arrest “Fugitive of the week”, Adam Smart, 34. Smart had been wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants issued out of Belknap and Rockingham County Superior Courts, as well a NH Parole warrant.
