This is ridiculous! What about the new "voluntary departure" gimmick? Why do they need to spend countless taxpayer dollars for 'deportation hearings'??? They want to go home...SEND THEM HOME! Case closed!

The IA's may just be saying that they want to go home so they can turn right around and come back as the woemn in the interview I saw vowed to do.
Ah.....I see! So if they are 'formally' deported and they return, it's a felony and they would be fined and imprisoned (hopefully); but if they self-deport, their record is clean, so to speak. They are also the breeders, too...the worst of the worst! It's sickening!
You should have seen the SOB story ABC put out about this. They kept panning back to some old hag working in some dive restaraunt there-she kept talking about how "sad" it is that these families are being torn apart, just trying to make a better life for themselves, yada yada. It made me want to scream. The IA's interviewed didn't know a lick of English (of course) so I guess some residents ther dont mind thier culture being taken over.....that was sickening.

For any of the IA's that want to go home, speed up formal deportation hearings and send them home. Fingerprint them and put them in the database, if they re-enter, jail them.

These IA women use their kids in their sob stories, but they are willing to forget about their kids so they can re-enter as felons? Typical criminal behaviour.

Immigration lawyer Sonia Parras Konrad, who represents many of the women with electronic ankle bracelets, said that a couple of the women have left the United States since Fujimoto's order. She said others did not ask for voluntary releases, because they are seeking special visas that would allow them to stay here.
It should be a cold day in hell before any of these illegal invaders who have been caught working illegally in this country should be given any "special visa" to remain in this country!

I want to know more about this "special visa," if it would allow people like this to remain in this country!

NoBueno, thats just it. They are not working here. They are "stay at home mommies" bent on adding more to their litter. They have NOTHING to contribute to America. They have no skills and no way to make money, so they would be happy to stay here and suck off the American/Government t*t.

You know what is most distubing here! It's the fact this city of Pottsvile was turned into an ethnic enclave and those living there didn't seem to care! That city had become a magnet for illegal invaders as the result of one business, Agriprocessors meat processing plant!

How many more cities like Pottsvile do we have across this country? Cities that have been transformed into third-world barrios under the guise of cheap labor and business opportunity!

ICE should have a permanent sub-station in Pottsville so long as Agriprocessors remains in business!

NoBueno, I believe that "special visa" is the visa that's given to those who are "victims of abuse." The Agriprocessors plant was violating child labor laws, among others, and were supposedly trying to get women to perform sexual acts in return for lighter duties. That is technically abuse, but I would require some actual evidence, and not just the unreliable word of a lawbreaker.
The flag flies at half-mast out of grief for the death of my beautiful, formerly-free America. May God have mercy on your souls.

A federal immigration judge has ordered government officials to remove electronic ankle bracelets from 10 women detained in the raid at the Agriprocessors meat processing plant in Postville and to let the women and their children return home to Guatemala and Mexico

I'd say then, that this federal judge had better make damned sure these women and their anchors actually LEAVE the country and return to whatever pit it is from which they originate.

I'm sure though that ICE has taken care of all of the pertinent details.....prints, photos, entered it in the database.......and should these Belles of Postville society get caught again, which I'm sure they will, see to it that they are, this time, prosecuted to the fullest extent.

    This is why AmericanME

I saw an interview with these Guatamalen women on ABC news. It was your typical sob story. More than one of these women stated in the interview that they will keep coming back (by any means or risk possible) if deported or sent home. They should have kept the ankle bracelets on them.
