    Another new USSC justice to be chosen by President Obama!

    I always wondered why when people were debating the presidency, why they never realized or focussed on the fact that Obama's legacy would be based probably more on the judges he elected for the USSC rather than on his policy since the judges on the USSC make law for the next 20-30 years. Justice Souter announced he was retiring today. Thus, ANOTHER U.S. Supreme Court nomination for Obama.

    Wow, I wrote this thread when it was first announced here on ALIPAC. I was thinking I had read Stevens and actually wrote the correct Justice Souter. I better just focus on doing one thing at a time.
