ICE Mission
To prevent acts of terrorism by targeting the people, money, and materials that support terrorist and criminal activities.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the largest investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is responsible for identifying and shutting down vulnerabilities in the nation’s border, economic, transportation and infrastructure security.

Well....Watchman, I'm beginning to understand why we have a problem. ICE Mission is TERRORISM.

So I can see why if these employees think their job is to find Al Qaeda, then they aren't going to get too excited about the boys in the van sleeping in the car wash on their way to a job somewhere else.

One may now conclude that unless we can find somebody ELSE in the federal government whose job it is to pick these folks up and return them to their country of origin.

I'll see about the other agencies to determine if there's SOMEBODY OUT THERE GETTING PAID TO ENFORCE AMERICAN LAW!!
