Nearly 150 Migrants Surrender to Border Patrol in Los Ebanos

LOS EBANOS – A large group of migrants are waiting to be taken into Border Patrol custody after they crossed into the U.S. illegally to seek asylum.

The scene is still active along El Faro Road, leading to Los Ebanos.

Wildlife service officers along with Sullivan City police are assisting border agents.

Charter buses will be transporting the group to a processing facility.

If anyone believes adequate background checks are done on these people before they are released, then I have a Bridge........

Why are we still accepting asylum claimants that are not coming through a port of entry? What a scam this is.

I'm probably mistaken, but did Kirstjen Nielsen say, before she was fired, that asylum claimants had to come through a legal port of entry to be considered for asylum? I know what the law calls for, but it seems I heard something along those lines.

Charter buses should be transporting them BACK home!

Do not dump them in our communities!

Last year, Trump issued an Executive Order to stop accepting asylum claims from illegal border crossers. A federal court blocked it.
