Illegal Alien Charged With Grisly Murder Of Her 7-Year-Old Son

COLUMBUS, OH - On Saturday, when emergency personnel responded to a report of a child drowning, they found 7-year-old Fabian Maldonado-Cortez, unresponsive with several bruises and lacerations on his body.

Paramedics transported the boy to Nationwide Children's Hospital, where he would soon be pronounced dead.

Detectives determined that the little boy "had been subjected to severe abuse," which caused his death, according to court documents.

The Daily Mail reported:

"Fabian's stepfather, 37-year-old Jose Emmanuel Perez-Santos, allegedly admitted to witnessing his wife beat Fabian with several objects for months...He said he was too afraid to call police or get help because he didn't want the mother to go to jail."

Oneida Fabiola Maldanado-Cortez, 24, who reportedly admitted to beating her son for several months, has been charged with murder, and is currently being held at the Franklin County Jail without bond.
