Illegal Alien Charged With Raping Woman Four Times In North Carolina



Iredell County Sheriff's Office press release...

On Friday, June 12, 2020, the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office received a report regarding sexual assaults which had occurred throughout the year of 2006 in Iredell County.

This investigation was assigned to Detective Sergeant Katie Harwell with the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Special Victim’s Unit.

When interviewed by Sergeant Harwell, the victim said the suspect, Martin Cuevas Marquez, 41, was an acquaintance in 2006. Detective Harwell was able to locate and interview several witnesses and gather evidence.

As a result, of the investigation into these matters, Detective Harwell was able to receive four, Felony First Degree Rape warrants against Martin Cuevas Marquez.

After receiving the warrants, Detective Harwell learned Marquez had two outstanding warrants out of Catawba County for Misdemeanor Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Martin Cuevas Marquez was arrested on Monday July 6, 2020. He was taken to the Iredell County Detention Center where he appeared before Magistrate T. Thompson who issued a $1,000,000.00 secure bond for the First Degree Rape charges.

Also issued an additional $5,000.00 secure bond on the Misdemeanor Assault with a Deadly Weapon charges from Catawba County.

Illegal Alien Charged With Raping 12-Year-Old Girl In North Carolina



BURLINGTON, NC – On June 30, sheriff's deputies arrested Tony Lopez-Cinto, 20, following an investigation, in which the victim was reportedly lured into meeting, after speaking online.

The accused pretended to be a juvenile when he made contact with the girl on social media.

The illegal alien recorded himself sexually assaulting the 12-year-old girl on his cell phone, according to court documents.

Lopez-Cinto has been charged with statutory rape, taking indecent liberties with a minor, soliciting a minor by computer, and resisting, delaying and obstructing an investigation. He is currently being held at the Alamance County Jail on $150,000 bail.

His next court appearance is set for July 23.
