Illegal Alien Charged With Murder Of Wife In North Carolina
SNOW HILL, NC - On Monday, sheriff's deputies arrested Daniel Herrera, 52, following an investigation into the disappearance of his 39-year-old wife, Yelbi Garcia, who had been missing for a little under a week.
Herrera was taken into custody at a home in Washington, without incident, according to court documents.
Though investigators have offered few details at this time, they obtained the arrest warrant "through interviews and other evidence," reported The Kinston Free Press.
Herrera has been charged with murder and is currently being held at the Green County Jail without bond.
