Illegal alien charged with murdering his girlfriend in Indiana

On Thursday, Jorge "Chico" Huerta Cardenas, 30, was charged with the murder of his live-in girlfriend, whose lifeless body was found along a rural Michigan road.

According to St. Joseph County Prosecutor Michael Dvorak, the victim, Kim White-Stout, was strangled to death before her body was dumped just across the state line in Cass County, MI.

Dvorak said that shortly before White-Stout went missing, she and Cardenas argued after she told him to move out of her home.

Cardenas was taken into custody, shortly after the woman’s body was found last Monday.

Cardenas is currently being held in the St. Joseph County Jail on an immigration hold.

In the first place, poor judgement on the part of the girlfriend shacking up with an illegal. He was already a criminal as in invader, so what made her think that his criminal streak would not eventually effect her? Not a wise choice on her part for not reading the "red flags" in front of her face. Karma, well you know the rest.....................

well first of all, did he tell her he was an illegal or keep that to himself?
