Thread: Illegal alien charged with raping 13-year-old girl in Nebraska

On Monday, Lancaster County sheriff's deputies arrested Raymundo M. Perez Cruz, 32, after he reportedly raped a 13-year-old girl he met at church.

The two sing together in the choir at Sacred heart Church.

On July 17, the victim received a message through a mutual friend that Cruz wanted to meet with her, according to police.
The Lincoln Journal-Star reported:

Cruz drove the girl from the Burger King to Bluestem Lake, the affidavit said, and they drank beer together as he drove. The affidavit said the girl told investigators that at the park they both got out of the Ford Expedition, Cruz lowered the back seats, grabbed her around the waist, pushed her into the back of the vehicle and sexually assaulted her.

The following day, Cruz warned the victim not to tell anyone because it would hurt his own children, according to court documents.
The girl then reported the assault to her parents. She was examined at Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center, and authorities were notified.
Cruz (aka Luis Lopez-Muniz and Raymundo Perez) has been charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child. He is currently being held at the Lancaster County Jail on an immigration detainer.

If convicted, the illegal alien faces up to life in prison.

These illegal alien sex offenders seem to like little 13 year old girls, it seem to be a continuing theme.

Here we go again. Another FOREIGNER committing the most vile, barbaric, animalistic crime -- the rape of child. This and thousands of crimes like it should never have happened because the scum that perpetuated them should not have been here to commit them in the first place.

Why do we tolerate manicured suits like Eric Cantor, Marko Rubio, Paul Ryan and others who promote policies that do not control our borders AND DO NOT REQUIRE ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS TO GO HOME? And sadly even Rand Paul can not be trusted.


Some people may be surprised to see me include Rand Paul in my list. But, consider this, although he voted against the Gang of Eight amnesty bill and he claims to be opposed to amnesty he makes statements inconsistent with serious efforts to stop illegal immigration.

Recently he bad mouthed patriots who had the effrontery to want illegal aliens to leave the country. Mr. Paul said,"They (illegal aliens) are not going home." Oh? And why is that Mr. Paul? Are you telling us that you will not introduce nor vote for legislation requiring illegal aliens to go home? And he was not through sneering at patriots fighting amnesty. He said "What do they (patriots who want illegal aliens to go home) want us to do, put them in concentration camps...?"

This is not the language of someone who is really serious about ending the illegal alien crisis. Surely Mr. Paul has been told there is a humane and almost costless way to get illegals to leave voluntarily-- Turn off The Magnet, take away the incentives, jobs, welfare, anchor babies, free medical care, free education etc. Without incentives to stay here they will have no reason to stay and leave voluntarily. SURELY MR. PAUL HAS BEEN TOLD OF THIS HUMAINE WAY TO MAKE ILLEGAL ALIENS GO HOME. He pretends as if this alternative to a mass roundup and deportation does not exist. Therefore it seems to me he is being dishonest to justify excuses to give legal status (amnesty to illegal aliens).

It is disturbing to see many conservatives thinking he is the great champion for freedom. Amnesty is suicide for the conservative movement. You can not be a patriot and for amnesty in any form. ILLEGAL ALIENS MUST LEAVE THE COUNTRY MR. PAUL. THERE ARE NO ALTERNATIVES TO THIS.
