HOPEWELL TWP. PA - Illegal alien stopped

A man who state police said was in the United States illegally was found during a traffic stop along the Beaver Valley Expressway in Hopewell Township around 11 p.m. Monday.

Police reported [b]Victoriano J. Flores, 24, of Me[/b]xico was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Police learned Flores wasn't in the country legally, and he was taken into custody by members of the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, police said.

This is almost laughable. Just go ahead and return him to his homeland, why is this making headlines?

Actually, I found it a refreshing story of police doing what we expect them to do. If this had been happening for the last 20 years, we wouldn't have the mess we have.
