Illegal aliens causing human rights crisis in North Carolina

Last month, local police and federal law enforcement agents raided a home in a Winston-Salem neighborhood and discovered a naked woman lying on a mattress, the woman was in the country illegally and had been forced into prostitution by a group of human traffickers operating throughout the state.
During a three-day period, the woman had been forced to have sex with 19 customers, according to court documents.
The raid was the result of an investigation into a human smuggling ring which placed young women and underage girls in the country illegally, into brothels across North Carolina. So far, 40 arrests have been made.
Many of those taken into custody are known criminals with prior convictions for human trafficking, such as Alonso-Hernandez, 32, who pleaded guilty to recruiting, harboring, and transporting a woman to work as a prostitute in 2011.
Also arrested, was Mauro Aparicio-Hernandez, 51, who once pleaded guilty to the importation of an alien for an immoral purposes.
Both received very short prison terms and remained in the country.
How do these predators find their victims?
The Winston-Salem Journal reported:
Brock Nicholson, a special agent in charge with ICE in Atlanta, said that the prostitution ring preyed on vulnerable women from Mexico and Central America.
"Some were enticed," Nicholson said. "They were smuggled into the United States and went right into prostitution. They have been victims for years. These women and girls are someone’s daughters, someone’s children. They are being raped as children and forced into prostitution."
In addition to forcing girls into prostitution, illegal aliens have been preying on North Carolina's children in massive numbers. During the month of March, illegal aliens racked up more than 250 child molestation charges across the state. A month earlier, more than 150 such charges were recorded in the Tarheel state.
A very cursory search turned up the following arrests in the last several days:
-On April 19, police in Raleigh arrested Juan Carlos-Uribe Herrera, 46, and charged him with two counts of first-degree sexual offense. He reportedly forced a child under the age of 13 into performing several sex acts.

-On April 15, police in Durham arrested Alfredo Contreras-Palacio, 28, after he grabbed a little girl off the street and tried to drag her into his home to rape her. The suspect initially offered the victim money to come have sex with him, and when she refused, he turned violent, according to detectives.
The girl was saved by her friends who stomped up and down on the assailant's feet and pulled her away from Contreras-Palacio, who has been charged with kidnapping and taking indecent liberties with a child. He is currently being held at the Durham County Jail on an ICE detainer..

-On April 11, Lincoln County sheriff's deputies arrested Ricardo Miguel Magallanes, 32, after he reportedly sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl multiple times. He has been charged with two felony counts of first-degree sexual offense.
Magallanes is currently being held at the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center on an ICE detainer.
We are used to hearing about massive 'human rights' violations taking place in Third World nations, but make no mistake, there is such a crisis happening right now in the state of North Carolina. However, unlike those which occur in other parts of the world, this one gets precious little attention from the mainstream press.
Of course, reporting on the dark side of illegal immigration is seemingly forbidden in most newsrooms across the nation. Instead, we are fed a steady diet of pro-amnesty propaganda and now told that these criminals are 'DREAMERS,' even as they turn hundreds of children's lives into living nightmares.
