    BRADENTON — A 25-year-old illegal alien was arrested Tuesday on a charge that he sexually molested a 3-year-old girl, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office said.

    The victim was taken to Manatee Memorial Hospital on Saturday complaining of pain, according to sheriff's reports. A medical examination determined the girl had been molested, authorities said.

    Authorities said the suspect, Israel Lugo Rios, 25, who lived in the 2000 block of 37th Avenue East, knows the victim. Rios, a native of Mexico, is in the country illegally, sheriff's officials said.

    Federal immigration officers have placed a hold on him.

    Mexico must send the scum north instead of putting them on jail, hard to believe he just started doing this at 25.

    Years ago the armed forces recruiters made deals in the district courts to
    have charges dropped if the young men joined up on the spot.

    maybe Mexico sends pedophiles north?
