Illegal Immigrant Accused of Molesting Texas Child

An illegal immigrant living in Tyler, Texas, is accused of molesting a young child.

Jovito Luis Vega-Peralta, a 37-year-old illegal immigrant, was arrested and charged by Marshall, Texas, police for indecency with a child by sexual contact, according to the Marshall News Messenger. Vega-Peralta is also being held on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer, where he could be deported if released from jail at any moment.

Vega-Peralta was booked into the Harris County Jail on a $75,000 bond. Further details on the alleged sex crime with the child were not available.

Earlier this week, a criminal, sex offender illegal immigrant was arrested in Mission, Texas, after just being deported back to Mexico by ICE six days prior, Breitbart Texas reported.
