Illegal immigrant charged with child molestation

Raleigh, N.C. — An illegal immigrant is facing child molestation charges in Wake County.
Hector Aguilera-Moras, 25, is accused of taking indecent liberties with a 13-year-old girl.
His bond was set Tuesday at $170,000.
The chief magistrate said he set a high bond because the suspect could be a flight risk.
