NH State Police stop van full of people who entered US illegally, arrest 2 fugitives

    3 hours 26 minutes ago

BEDFORD — State Police arrested a fugitive Tuesday evening after stopping a cargo van full of passengers who all entered the country illegally.

Police identified Rodolfo Raxton-Garcia, 31, as an aggravated felon out of New York. He had a warrant out for his arrest and is charged with sexual contact with a child younger than 14 years old.

Raxton-Garcia is also required to register as a sex offender but failed to do so.

The stop happened after police observed a GMC cargo van traveling south on Interstate 93 in Windham. The van was driving erratically and wasn't staying in a "single marked lane" on the roadway.

Once they stopped the van, police determined the driver and each of its occupants had entered the U.S. unlawfully.

It's unclear at this time how many people were inside the vehicle.

Agents from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement helped police identify the occupants with a mobile fingerprint scanner. That's how police identified and arrested Raxton-Garcia.

Police also took another passenger into custody as another wanted fugitive. His identity has not been released as ICE agents are still working to confirm his identify and the state he is wanted in.

Both fugitives were transported to the Strafford County House of Corrections where they will be held pending local charges and their removal from the country.

The driver was also identified as Segundo Mayancela of Worcester, Mass., who was cited for unsafe lane changes and unlawfully transporting multiple passengers in the cargo of a commercial vehicle.

Police said more information will be available once ICE verifies the identities of the occupants and completes its investigation.

He is here illegally...but "required" to register as a sex offender!!!

DeBlasio's sanctuary city policies! Where is sanctuary for the 14 year he sexually assaulted?

And why was he NOT deported immediately for this assault.

This is disgusting what our politicians are doing to this country. We have our own criminal whackos to lock up. We do NOT need them coming here from other countries and being forced down our throats.
ILLEGAL ALIENS HAVE "BROKEN" OUR IMMIGRATION SYSTEM

DO NOT REWARD THEM - DEPORT THEM ALL
