Thread: Illegal immigrant facing felony weapons charges in Orleans County

An illegal immigrant is facing several felony charges after a search warrant was executed at a home in Orleans County.

On Saturday, the Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force seized a defaced handgun, two shotguns, a rifle, and numerous forged documents from a home on Alps Road in the Town of Yates.

Gregario Salinas-Guzman, 32, is charged with one count of felony criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, one count of felony criminal possession of a firearm, two counts of felony criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, and three counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Salinas-Guzman was arraigned and remanded to the Orleans County Jail on $50,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.

He is due back in court on March 20.

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement filed an immigration detainer with the Orleans County Jail for Salinas-Guzman.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Environmental Conservation assisted in the investigation.

Hand him over to ICE and get him OUT of the local and state jurisdiction!

All illegals, TPS, visa overstays and foreign criminals need to be handed over to ICE !!!

Get them out of the local jails and prisons and into Federal Tent City to enforce our FEDERAL IMMIGRATION LAWS!
