Illegal immigrant hospitalized because of cold

FALFURRIAS - At least one person has been hospitalized because of the severe cold. The Border Patrol found a group of suspected illegal immigrants Monday afternoon on some ranch land 10 miles south of Falfurrias. (map)

One of them was an unconscious female whose body temperature had dropped to 75 degrees, more than 20 degrees below the normal rate.

The woman, identified as a Mexican national, had to be resuscitated several times, but was finally stabilized and transported via Halo Flight to Christus Spohn Hospital-Memorial.

Border Patrol officials said she's now in stable condition.

After caring for that criminal, ship her butt back down south!!!

I didn't hear anything on the news about this but I was told two bodies were found out here a couple of days ago when the night time temp got down to nine degrees.

Hopefully she is back in Mexico right now.

Send Mexico the bill for her hospital stay. As legal American taxpayers, we should flat out refuse to pay her bill.

That is probably wishful thinking. She is probably still in the hospital sucking us dry. I agree, Mexico should pay this bill. Actually, Mexico should pay the bills for every illegal immigrant here who receives free healthcare.
