this thread is an eye opener for me , i knew i wasn't alone . Seems alot of Citizens are getting the shaft and were the one's paying the taxes . Our Nation is out of control from the Global Empire
Wish i'ld had the sense to barter down my hospital bill . But time was also an issue .

Get this...there was another thing I forgot to mention. The person he was dealing with from the hospital tried to talk him into getting us (my brother and I) to help pay his bill (like we could afford it)! The nerve!!!!!

I wonder if the parents of children on waiting lists for organs are aware of this. It's a shame that American children die waiting for livers, and their parents go bankrupt, while the illegals get one after the other after the other for free. At the same time, Mexico is opening new hospitals for non emergency care (for less money than charged in the US) to entice Americans who are willing to pay cash to get procedures done there, while sending their gravely ill here to be treated for free. I wasn't aware that the US had that much extra money laying around.

THIS IS SOMETHING THAT I HAVE MENTIONED TO MY REPS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND IN SOME OF MY OTHER POSTS HERE AS WELL. WE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE GETTING THE SHAFT FROM OUR OWN IDIOTS IN WASHINGTON. THIS IS VERY WRONG AND IT NEEDS TO BE A STOP PUT TO IT. IF THESE PEOPLE CAN AFFORD TO SEND MONEY HOME TO THEIR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, THEN THEY OUGHT TO BE MADE TO PAY FOR THEIR OWN MEDICAL CARE. OUR GOVERNMENT HAS GOT ITS PRIORITIES IN THE WRONG PLACE. CHARITY SHOULD ALWAYS BEGIN AT HOME.

This is just one of the proof that our government is making us into second class citizens while foreignors are getting first class treatment as US Citizens.


As an American with Mexican ancestry I too needed financial help when I got sick and didn't have insurance. The county demanded $240 up front just for an office visit. Yet I saw this woman walking in and carrying her brats and when the receptionist asked her questions and the woman told her that her children were born in Mexico except one. The receptionist told her how she can get her only US Anchor Baby under the state's health program and she can added onto her son and the others.

Looking back, I'm glad I did pay in full, because I don't want any help from a corrupt government but my eyes were wide open on this. Made me piss to see that they won't help a citizen but they sure were ready to break the law to help foreignors.

Many Americans who are of Mexican ancestry are thinking of "their" race but the morons don't realize they too will become victims of being second class in favor of our "gente" in Mexico. Illegal Immigration affects ALL, not just Americans of other nationalities.

The medical establishment is forced by goverment laws to do this! It is not their choice believe me. I have been in the hospital business for 35 years and watched many hospitals close because they could not afford to absorb all the free rides. They are not legally allowed to turn any one away. That is the law. They have tried to change it and it fell on deaf ears. Do you think that if a grocery store was forced by federal law to give away food that it would bother to continue to be a business? Heck no! Well, this is exactly how the hospitals felt when they closed their doors.

Yes, I think most people here realize what you have described about the mandated service (often unfunded as well of course). I have also seen the situation from an 'insider perspective' myself to some degree.

Hopefully, we can get the government to change all that.. I suppose, that might be one of the reasons you decided to stop in and help us perhaps?

I've have never heard of one person getting FOUR liver transplants paid for. Insurance will stop before that since it's futile to keep giving healthy organs to someone whose body will reject them.

The illegal alien girl should not receive any more implants as they will be wasted. Hospice is the final answer.

Just as the 14th amendment needs to be redefined, so too should the law for patients. No one wants to turn away a sick child, or for that matter a saick person. WE must. They deliberately come here for that puprose. What would happen, if for example, the people of Costa Rica, Colombia or Mexico insisted that their governmemnts do what the USA does???
The next argument woule be--- "Oh but American doctors are better. And on and on. At least it would reduce the number of indigent patients is our country. WE CANNOT CONTINUE to be the bread basket, college and health center of the world. It is breaking us and causing many lower income Americans to suffer needlessly.

I am a Medicare patient who has received outstanding care here in Georgia. When I get my statements, I am shocked at how little my medical staff collects for my surgeries versus the prevailing price. I am surprised (and blessed ) that I am not turned away.
