Man sentenced for sexual assault of seven-year-old (12/20/2009)
Adelaido Mendez Juan, 25, an undocumented alien and deserter from the Mexican Army, was sentenced last week by Judge Jeffrey Thompson to 11 and a quarter years in prison for an August 2008 incident in which he broke into a home and sexually assaulted a seven-year-old girl.
Juan was convicted of burglary in the first degree and criminal sexual conduct in the second degree. Juan broke into a stranger’s home in August 2008, snuck upstairs, stripped off his clothes and sexually assaulted the girl. He covered her mouth when she tried to call out for her mother, then hit her in the eye and forehead when she continued to scream.

When the girl’s mother woke up and investigated, Juan jumped from the second floor bedroom window, landing on bushes below. Police said that he left his shoes and underwear in the girl’s room, then dropped his cell phone while fleeing outside. When police located Juan, he had visible scratches and other injuries from his fall.

Juan was also ordered to register as a predatory offender, provide a DNA sample and serve a 10-year conditional release term after his prison sentence.

I am sure Mexico will be happy to incarcerate a deserter from their army when he gets done with his sentence. And I am sure a Mexican prison is just as comfy as ours.

There isn't a severe enough sentence for anyone who takes the innocence of a child like this.

The Horrors never end and OUR GOVERNMENT just keeps ignoring these facts of ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION!

After he registers as a "predatory offender" does he get deported? Or is he one of the people Obama wants to legalize? I hope his fellow inmates show him whats its like to be raped.

I suppose that castration would be considered cruel or unusual punishment? 11.25 years is much too little punishment for this sick a$$. 7 years old?!?!

I agree 1000% jean, in the old days this scumbag would have been a victim of some well-deserved vigilante justice.

He got a good deal, free food and living expenses....LETS PUT THEM TO WORK WHILE THEY ARE IN JAIL. THEY NEED A REAL PUNISHMENT. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A CHILD SHOULD HAVE A GREATER PUNISHMENT
