Here is a blog of former Free Republic.com people who have been bounced for expressing their general disgust with President Bush's mishandling of our border or because they defended the upcoming MinuteMan Project to be held in Cochise County on April First, 2005.

Here is the first entry:

Freerepublic.com has over the years filled a unique and valuable niche for conservatives. In the past, I was also a Freeper, but I ceased posting when Freerepublic.com founder Jim Robinson first began censoring and banning members for any criticism of George Bush. I knew then the handwriting was on the wall for Freerepublic.com; that the situation would only grow worse with time.

Robinson has evolved over the years into something I detest most...a blind nationalist and loyalist to the president. It is to the point now, you cannot disagree with ANY Bush policy if you expect to remain a Freeper and that includes Dubya's crack-brained amnesty for illegal aliens, something the vast majority of conservatives adamantly oppose, including most Freepers. Robinson is now censoring and purging his long-term members for daring to speak out on the immigration issue if they do not kiss Dubya's feet in worship.

I know many Freepers read Sierra Times, so let me extend a personal invitation to join the Sagebrush Saloon if you are sick of Jim Robinson's storm trooper tactics. WE understand freedom and you will receive a warm welcome in the Saloon!

Jim, you have no one but yourself to blame when Freerepublic.com loses its relevance and finally dies from your censorship. If Dubya's policies were sound, they could withstand critism from fellow Conservatives, but you refuse to debate the issues. Jim Robinson, you are turning into a cowardly, delusional little tin-pot tyrant, just like your idol Dubya. Don't you get tired getting a mouthful of BS every time you kiss Dubya's well-encrusted boots?

Henrietta has always been a fair, decent person.

The owner of Sierra Times is JJ Johnson, one of the best patriots I've ever met. I've stood beside him a couple times in these kinds of efforts. He was once accused of being a racist on FR. He's as black as I am white. I hope he gets to cover the Minute Man Project.
