LA - llegal immigrant arrrested Sunday after crash

Monroe police arrested a man living illegally in the United States for more than two years after he was involved in a three-vehicle accident on U.S.165 Sunday.
According to Monroe police, J. Guadalupe Valadez, 32, 4200 Loop Road No. 30, was reportedly changing lanes erratically when he rear-ended another vehicle, causing a three-vehicle crash.
Monroe police performed a field sobriety test, which Valadez failed. He submitted to a breath sample and blew .19 percent, according to the arrest affadivit.
Valadez told officers he has been in the U.S. for two and a half years illegally.
He was booked into Ouachita Correctional Center for first offense DWI, careless operation, no vehicle insurance and operating a vehicle without lawful presence in the U.S.

The reason he did this was of course, as most Mexican illegals know, was to be deported instead of facing charges.

No mention of an ICE hold. Guess the 3 DWI's allowed before deportation rule must be in effect. IA's can be the cause of accidents and not have to fear deportation unless someone dies and even then they may be allowed to stay. The only deport-able action an IA can commit is murder or rape.
