And the high culture of India, according to their own history books, was not created by the native Indians but rather by an invading group called the Aryans who left their mark in literature, religion, and the imposition of the rigid caste system, and then eventually departed. The Indians then gussied up the Aryan religion with their own animistic demons and superstitions so dominant that even in this modern era they will not kill a cobra to protect their own children, and they insist on casting their dead into the sacred Ganges, which became so clogged with corpses that they had to import a type of snapping turtle into the ecosystem to devour the rotting and pestilent remains (true story). The "competition" offered American workers by Indians is artificial at best, and is a gift of British colonialism. (More on that last bit on request)
