Is Indy a sanctuary city?
This one is going to be a major issue. The Gangs don't work anyway. They sell drugs and some work with Al Queda. They just need to lock up these illegals chaiin them up on a chain gang and send them to the farms to work. They won't come back after 10 years of that.
