    I've been saying this for years, put the prisoners out to work. Geez! Just common sense which is hard to find nowadays with most leaders in these dangerous pc days.

    We need to forget building gyms for the prisoners, put them out in the fresh air, working and they will get all the exercise they need. There should be legislation requiring prisoners to pay back for their incarceration, if they want to work hard, then maybe get out a little sooner if not a really violent crime.
    Build the dam fence post haste!
