    OK yea just let the trucks in and out with out checking them...

    Gee I wonder what kind of goodies can be smuggled in???
    Looks like a fence and better entry points into the United States would be a good start! But even better don't alone them in period!!!

    Now seems to me if it's going to be problematic.....you address that BEFORE you give the green light. Cart before the horse again.
