Border Patrol agents say an Israeli citizen was arrested after making threats and "anti-American" statements at the Rochester International Airport.

Agents say they were called to the airport for assistance Wednesday afternoon at about 1:30 p.m.

When they arrived, they were told by other law enforcement officers that a 41-year-old man had presented an Israeli passport and yelled at security saying, ""Americans are evil and you will get yours," and, "I have a nuclear bomb in my pocket," according to agents.

Officials say the man had overstayed his visa. He was arrested and will appear in court at a later date to determine his eligibility to stay in the U.S.

He is facing an immigration charged due to his visa. Agents have not released his name.
